Hello, my name is John Saint-Martin, Founder and CEO of SMASH Industrial Services. Since its inception in 2009, our company has expanded from land and home development to the industrial sector over the past 15 years. Renaming my company from Saint-Martin Signature Homes, to SMSH Development LLC. for the past 15 years and now rebranding to SMASH Industrial Services, was not an easy decision to make but a necessary one as markets have shifted with the growing demand of distribution and industrial facilities. Having rebuilt this company from the depths of the recession of 2008, through hard work, dedication and, above all, reputation, it is now clear that changing the name and direction of the company was the right choice for growth.
As my vision and experience have expanded, so has the business model. And in 2015 I chose to abbreviated the former name into what became SMSH Development LLC. So, with a clear objective and an outstanding staff of a combined 100+ years of general contracting and logistics experience, we began forging our path into the Industrial and Facilities Maintenance markets. It wasn’t until our amazing clients nicknaming us as “SMASH” that I realized the need to rebrand yet once more. And so, SMASH Industrial Services was born, and continues to instill the care and quality our client partners have come to expect over the past decade, but moreover the understanding that we are here to serve. Service is not simply what we do, it is the core value of this company, it is our mission!
